TCGS’s mission is to continuing growing into an innovative, creative business that provides superior customer service to our clients, motivates its own staff, and reaches beyond ourselves by giving back to the community through donations of our time and 5% of all profits to Special Olympics.

Corporate Overview
TCGS is a full-service business gift and promotional marketing company located outside of Frederick MD. We service businesses in many industries including:
- Home industry (loan officers, realtors, and builders)
- Sales force (any business with a sales team looking to build customer loyalty and referrals)
- Human resource managers (with employee incentive and loyalty programs)
- Marketing departments (promotions for new products, new locations, etc)
- Event planners (promotional products, door prizes, and favors)
History
TCGS was created by Samantha Servey in September of 1999 and has grown each year in both new customers and continuing customers. The business started from an idea at an Entrepreneur Council of Frederick County Roundtable meeting where one of the business owners suggested that keeping up with employee and customer birthdays was a great idea but a difficult task. That great idea/difficult task grew up quickly from a business plan to more than 30 local businesses who utilized TCGS services.
